My reflection

In the beginning of the film ,Saul found that his daughter could talk to god and hear the sound of god  when she closed her eyes and tried to spell the word. As a result, he believed her ability of spelling was a gift that god gave her. I like the part of the end.When Eliza was fail to be the champion of the spelling bee, his father burst into tears. I think his father know he was wrong before.He knew that he just wanted her daughter to realize his dream, that is, contacted with god.
